Before booking, please note that check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. This property is not suitable for children, pets, parties or events.
Please be aware that Hubert Lane is a private road with a strict 10 MPH speed limit and parking is limited to two vehicles in the driveway—no street parking is permitted. A starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap is provided.
The lake and shoreline are natural environments and may contain aquatic vegetation, snails, rocks, uneven surfaces, and other natural conditions. Guests are advised to wear appropriate protective footwear, such as aqua socks or water shoes, when entering the lake.
The property is equipped with two exterior security cameras for safety and compliance with local regulations. There are no cameras inside the home.
Rental Agreement
A supplemental rental agreement is required for this stay. The agreement outlines occupancy limits, house rules, parking, quiet hours, security cameras, and local ordinances. By booking, you acknowledge that you will receive the rental agreement after booking and must review and sign it prior to arrival.
